Dr Simon Dimmick

Dr Simon Dimmick graduated from the University of Sydney and trained in radiology at Royal North Shore Hospital. He undertook a general MRI Fellowship at Royal North Shore Hospital (predominantly musculoskeletal and neuroradiology) and was awarded a PhD from the University of Notre Dame in surfing injuries.

Simon practised as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist prior to studying medicine. He was responsible for a number of professional and schoolboy sporting teams.

His subspecialty interest is in musculoskeletal radiology.  He has significant experience in image-guided procedures.  Simon has an avid interest in research and has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals. He is involved in sports medicine and radiology registrar training.
